Position Summary
We are seeking a Junior Planner to join our team and support the lead advisor in various stages of the financial planning process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, assisting in creating tailored financial plans and supporting the ongoing management of client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support : Participate in client meetings to understand and document both qualitative and quantitative factors related to clients' goals.
- Data Entry & Analysis : Gather client information, input data into financial planning software, and assist in preparing comprehensive financial plans.
- Plan Presentation & Implementation : Aid the lead advisor in presenting financial plans to clients and assist with plan implementation and monitoring.
- Annual Reviews : Prepare and assist with the preparation of client annual reviews.
- Investment Committee Support :
- Assist with the quarterly rebalancing and loss-harvesting processes for client portfolios.
- Conduct annual reviews of model performance and evaluate component funds.
- Update after-tax yields for fixed income models.
