We are looking for a highly adaptable and motivated Assistant Sales and Operations Manager to support business growth, oversee daily operations, and drive sales performance.
Position Overview
The Assistant Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for sales development, operational oversight, and customer relationship management. This role requires strong auto body parts knowledge or experience working in an auto body shop, the ability to professionally represent D&M Bumper Exchange, and flexibility to assist in various roles, including sales, warehouse, and delivery operations as needed.
Main Responsibility:
- Drive across Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) to visit existing customers, acquire new accounts, and build strong client relationships.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, strengthening loyalty and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relations:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Visit customers across NEPA to strengthen relationships and expand the client base.
- Professionally represent D&M Bumper Exchange in all customer interactions.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Operations & Logistics:
- Oversee inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
- Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to streamline operations.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Multi-Tasking & Support Role:
- Must be a jack-of-all-trades, able to step in where needed.
- Cover shifts for drivers, warehouse staff, or office employees when required.
- Assist with administrative tasks and QuickBooks Online (QBO) management.
Leadership & Business Development:
- Train and support the sales and operations team.
- Identify and implement business growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
✔️ Must have strong knowledge of auto body parts or experience working in an auto body shop.
✔️ Must know how to professionally represent D&M Bumper Exchange.
✔️ Associate degree in Marketing is required.
✔️ Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a must.
✔️ Must be at least 35 years old.
✔️ Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
✔️ No criminal record.
✔️ Must have a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel.
✔️ Must have an updated iPhone or Android smartphone for navigation and communication.
✔️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
✔️ Must be highly adaptable and willing to take on different roles as needed.
✔️ Previous experience in auto body parts sales, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.
