Join Our Team as a Warehouse Loader

D&M Industries is looking for a skilled and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Loader in Moorhead, MN. The role requires loading materials into delivery vehicles.

Hours: Monday through Friday. 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., no weekends!

Pay: $18.00 per hour starting wage (potential for higher wage based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Loader, your primary responsibility involves loading materials into delivery vehicles and ensuring cargo placement to prevent shifting or damage during transport.

• Load and unload materials manually or using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Interpret work orders and oral instructions to determine work assignments and equipment/material needs.
• Install protective devices (e.g., bracing, padding, strapping) to prevent damage during transport.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of relevant warehouse or material handling experience would be preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Frequently lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Using hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials.
