- Run leads provided by the company
- Generate leads independently through canvassing, networking, and relationship-building
- Consult with homeowners to assess roofing and repair needs
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates, closing sales on-site
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims, including documentation and photo submissions
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution from permitting to completion
- Highly motivated self-starter eager to exceed sales goals and generate leads independently
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Proven sales success in any industry (home services a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting roof inspections
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a fold-up ladder
