As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces with precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms for concrete pouring according to project specifications
- Pour and level concrete to the required depth and consistency
- Finish surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve a smooth and professional appearance
- Monitor the curing process and apply sealants or coatings for protection as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Ability to clock in and out using mobile app
- Taking notes of work completed
- Proficient in concrete mixing and finishing techniques
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Provides own hand tools
- Open to travel
- Machine work experience is a plus
