Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Front Counter Attendant to join our team! You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a great experience from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Take orders in person and over the phone accurately
- Process payments (cash, credit, mobile payments)
- Pack and hand out takeout orders
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front counter area
- Answer customer questions about the menu and specials
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Restock supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift light to moderate loads
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
