We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all staff members adhere to food safety standards and deliver exceptional service. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage kitchen and shift activities effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in food management, kitchen management, and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment, such as a hotel or banquet setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the kitchen and dining areas during assigned shifts.
• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
• Train new staff on kitchen management practices, food safety standards, and customer service expectations.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations as necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
