Description
D.P. Nicoli, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is currently in need of an experienced Repair Welder / Fabricator in Lakewood, WA. In this position, each work day is never the same.
Some of the daily responsibilities include:
- Carbon Arc Gouging
- Flame Gouging
- Plasma Cutting & Gouging
- Rose Bud Heating
- Repair Welding
- Equipment Maintenance / Repair / Assembly
- Welding Machine Setup
- Track Torch / Handyauto / Pickle Cutting
- Port A Power Pressing
- Forklift and Overhead Crane Operation
- Heavy Lifting

Qualifications
- Lift up to 65 lbs or more
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to kneel, squat, bend and weld in various positions
- Ability to wear and use appropriate PPE and perform work safely
- Ability to drive forklift is an extra plus
- Experienced welder (10 years).
- GMAW .035
- FCAW .052
- SMAW welding process
- AWSD1.1 certifications not required but preferred
**Pre-hire weld test required.**
Salary : $30 - $40
