Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assistance to Sales Consultants in preparing for client meetings and sales presentations

  • Help manage customer accounts and update client information in the CRM system

  • Assist with order processing, including invoicing, tracking, and shipping

  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and product information for client meetings

  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions

  • Provide back-office support, including managing inventory and coordinating product availability with the warehouse

  • Help Sales Consultants track sales targets and progress toward goals

  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., customer service, marketing, inventory) to ensure smooth sales operations

  • Handle client inquiries, providing relevant information and assisting in follow-up communication as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work collaboratively with the Sales Consultant team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
