Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct assistance to Sales Consultants in preparing for client meetings and sales presentations
Help manage customer accounts and update client information in the CRM system
Assist with order processing, including invoicing, tracking, and shipping
Prepare sales materials, proposals, and product information for client meetings
Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions
Provide back-office support, including managing inventory and coordinating product availability with the warehouse
Help Sales Consultants track sales targets and progress toward goals
Liaise with other departments (e.g., customer service, marketing, inventory) to ensure smooth sales operations
Handle client inquiries, providing relevant information and assisting in follow-up communication as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
