Position Summary:
The Customer Relations Manager / Receptionist is the face of our dealership, responsible for welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience across all communication channels. You’ll manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster customer loyalty while supporting internal teams with dealership metrics and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, whether in person, by phone, or online.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution through effective problem-solving and follow-up.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Track dealership performance metrics and share insights with management to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other Honda dealerships on Dealer Trades to ensure inventory alignment and availability.
- Develop and refine customer service processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related role (preferred).
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport and resolving conflicts.
- Positive, flexible, and customer service-oriented outlook.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
