Busy automotive dealership located in Evansville is looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our growing Internet Sales Team! Applicants must be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, dependable, competitive and results-driven. This position requires the ability to work as a team player as well as independently. The Internet Sales Coordinators utilize their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner, and positive attitude to get clients in the door. Required duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-up calls, emails, and texts, with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer.
Job Description:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Make a required amount of outbound calls
- Log all activity within the database
- Be persistent with the customer database
- Work with the Sales Department to keep processes moving
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives
- Respond to customer website requests
- Assist with other duties, as assigned
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong computer and phone skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
