D-Patrick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid and Organic Search Optimization Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. Responsibilities:

Paid Search (PPC) Support:
- Assist in the management and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Assist in creating and optimizing ad copy and landing pages.
- Learn and implement bid management strategies.

Organic Search (SEO) Support:
- Assist in conducting website audits to identify SEO opportunities.
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page optimization strategies.
- Monitor website rankings and traffic using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Assist in content optimization and link-building efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on paid and organic search performance.
- Identify trends and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data in an easy to understand format.

General Marketing Support:
- Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects.
- Stay informed on automotive industry trends and digital marketing innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly paid and organic search.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website optimization.
