Job Profile: Provide exceptional online customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment through the completion of the purchase and finance process online.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via online messaging or over the phone
- Ask customers’ questions and understand their needs and priorities
- Problem-solving ability
- Guide customers through the purchase process, review and approve their documents, and answer questions they may have.
- Utilize the proprietary software tools, as well as external tools such as consumer credit bureaus and other internet sources, to assist in the decision-making process.
- Maintain a working knowledge of available financing and vehicle protection products.
- Communicate with the Sales, BDC and Finance Department.
- Ensure customers are comfortable when making the vehicle purchase online.

Experience:
- BDC or Auto Sales experience, and one year of Customer Support & Client Services Occupations (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's license (required)
