JOB PROFILE:
The (Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist) is responsible for providing superior customer service to our customers throughout the sale and service processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome all guests
- Assist guests with any questions and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Check-in all guests in the system.
- Maintain the common areas.
- Maintain the complimentary drinks, snacks and other amenities offered.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Individual must have good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to work well with others, professional appearance, good math and clerical skills, working knowledge of office machines, positive attitude, excellent organization skills. Individual should perform duties with little or no supervision, read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent; one or more years of related experience and or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
