JOB PROFILE
A Couriers job is to efficiently deliver, and pick up mail and packages within an organization, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of correspondence and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver incoming and outgoing mail and packages by department, location, or recipient.
Deliver mail and packages to designated locations or directly to employees.
Pick up mail and packages from designated locations.
Handle confidential or sensitive materials with discretion and care.
May assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
Requires being at work on time and have satisfactory attendance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent and one or more years customer service experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
