Assist the Title Clerk with processing vehicle titles, registrations, and other necessary paperwork for vehicle transactions.
Review and verify vehicle title documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, title transfers, and registrations.
Coordinate with local DMVs and other agencies to ensure proper filing and submission of required documents.
Answer customer inquiries regarding title, registration, and transfer processes.
Handle title-related discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
Maintain and organize the title departments paperwork and filing systems.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations.
Perform general office duties, including phone support, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an automotive dealership or title processing environment is preferred.
