We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Invigilator / Proctor to oversee the administration of examinations and ensure a fair and secure testing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
This is a contract that starts in July, 2025.
Hours : ad hoc, up to 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee exam sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
- Check student IDs and verify identities before the exam.
- Provide clear instructions and assist students with any questions.
- Monitor candidates to prevent cheating or rule violations.
- Manage exam timing and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Report any irregularities or incidents that occur during testing.
