We are seeking a Sales Representative for Marine / Boat Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Sells boats from the best brands in the industry. Robalo, Crownline, Finseeker, Ranger and Steigercraft. Shows boat on the sales floor or shows catalog pictures and blueprints. Explains the construction and performance of the boat and the differences between various types of marine equipment. Advises boat owners on the selection of new equipment and problems pertaining to repairs.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in boat/marine sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Salary : $60,000 - $110,000
