The Dürr Group operates in the market with five divisions:
- Paint and Final Assembly Systems: paint shops and final assembly systems for the automotive industry
- Application Technology: robot technologies for the automatic application of paint as well as sealants and adhesives
- Clean Technology Systems: exhaust-air purification systems and energy efficiency technology
- Measuring and Process Systems: balancing systems as well as assembly, testing and filling technology
- Woodworking Machinery and Systems: machinery and equipment for the woodworking industry
Location: De Pere, WI
Position Summary:
The main responsibility of this position is to manage all logistics functions within North America related to the CTS De Pere and Dürr Universal office, maintain relationships with colleagues from other business units and logistics suppliers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse, inventory control, and material handling operations.
- Oversee outbound logistics to include shipping, international export, full truck load, parcel and LTL shipments.
- Oversee Import operations from multiple countries
- Analyze MRP settings to establish ROP and Safety Stock levels.
- Maintain reports that show on time delivery and Logistics touch time
- Manage product quality assurance for inbound and outbound shipments
- Complete cycle counts on existing inventory and execute annual physical inventory
- Continuous process improvement within the manufacturing environment
- Work on assignments in collaboration with various departments to include manufacturing and office
- Oversee Logistics Supervisor, support staff and crew leaders
- Mentor, train and discipline all direct reports as necessary
- Act as final signature on AFI's, Timesheets, Purchase Requisitions and other documents as required
- Assign additional responsibilities to subordinates as necessary
- Monitor workload and tasking of employees within group
- Attend project meetings and management meetings as required

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing or Transportation
- Familiarity with OEM manufacturing components preferred
- Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management preferred
- Detail oriented with good documentation practices
- Good time management skills
- Organized, versatile, and flexible
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good technical writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions / schedules / timelines, and handle multiple priorities

- Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary
- History of personnel Management
- Experience with union work force environment and management discipline

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the performance management and output of the logistics team.
Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close and distance vision. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to:
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary based on need. Maybe required to work holidays, Overtime may be required.
Travel:
This position requires limited travel, less than 20%. Travel can be both overnight and during the business day, and can be both local and international.
