Your Tasks:
- Responsible for the planning and management of Durr’s paint shop projects; plan and manage the installation of proprietary EcoPaint PT (PT) conveyor systems, as well as Durr’s Painted Units Storage System, from pre-award to final closeout; responsible for detailing, developing, clarifying, and monitoring the bid package and schedule for projects in conjunction with Durr’s master project schedules and purchasing; coordinate information from the client, including the project scope, with other Durr departments and ensure that the project scope is understood by the project team; monitor on-site activities to ensure that PT conveyor systems and Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) are being installed according to Durr’s procedures and are in compliance with the schedule and budget determined and with Durr’s health and safety measures; utilize SAP, CMI, HYPERION, and MS Project to perform duties; prepare client change orders, close out the project with the client, obtain final payment, and manage and approve client warranty requests; develop and finalize cash flow projections, cost reports, and monthly updates; identify, manage, and control project risks; attend, facilitate, and/or chair project coordination meetings; and provide assistance to associate project managers and trainees.

- Salary: $104,125 per year;
Your Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Contract Planner, as a Financial Controller, or in a related occupation;
- Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years’ use of all the following: SAP, CMI, HYPERION, and MS Project.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
