About the Position
D&S Automotive is currently seeking an individual to join our parts team. The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate will help in keeping the parts department organized and mange flow of incoming / outbound parts.
This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 8 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate will report to the Body Shop Parts Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Receive and mirror match parts to check for accuracy and quality
- Work and communicate with estimators to determine which parts are required to repair vehicles
- Work with vendors to locate and order parts in the most efficient manner
- Removing cardboard and other garbage to the dumpster
- Track returns and follow up with vendors on pending credits
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Bring scrap metal to scrapyard
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
