Job Overview Job Responsibilities:
Secretary Duties:
- Manage office communications (emails, phone calls, and written correspondence).
- Maintain records, contracts, and other company documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries.
- Assist with purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Prepare reports and handle document filing (physical and digital).
- Handle customer inquiries about orders, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction.
- Communicate with drivers and plant operators to ensure smooth operations.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Handling invoices, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Managing payroll for employees and ensuring timely payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Cleveland, TX 77327: Relocate before starting work (Required)
