Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive efficiency and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Proactively address project challenges, ensuring smooth execution and problem resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards while keeping projects on schedule.
• Report progress and provide solutions to project managers and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in heavy civil construction (roads, airports, underground utilities, site development, or similar projects).
• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and budget management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools.
