Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and mentor field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive efficiency and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Proactively address project challenges, ensuring smooth execution and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards while keeping projects on schedule.
- Report progress and provide solutions to project managers and leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in heavy civil construction (roads, airports, underground utilities, site development, or similar projects).
- Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and budget management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools.
