What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets customers, whether they call or walk into the shop.
- Answer inbound calls within 2 ringsbecause quick, professional service is what were all about.
- Handle customer questions, fill out their info sheets, and smoothly hand off the process to our Estimators.
- Coordinate towing services and rental cars, making sure everything runs like clockwork for our customers.
- Keep the front office organized and welcoming, because first impressions matter.
- Manage customer payments and ensure theyre good to go when picking up their vehicle.
What Were Looking For:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (automotive experience is a plus but not required!).
- Someone comfortable with computers, calendars, and keeping things running smoothly.
- A calm, professional attitudeespecially when customers are stressed. We need someone who can be their hero!
