What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales track record in the sign industry or a related field (commercial construction, branding, etc.).
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
- Experience with B2B sales and working with businesses of all sizes.
- Ability to self-generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take on leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and present customized signage solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our fabrication and installation teams to bring projects to life.
- Potential to recruit, train, and lead a growing sales team.
