Summary
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, management, and execution of custom signage projects and architectural fabrications.
Work with Sales and Client to discover the clients needs and aid in managing of the clients expectations regarding time line and costs.
Work to assure that Client and Design have permitting requisites prior to Production Drawings and that they have been appropriately incorporated.
Work with Estimating to decipher and develop cost proposals for the materials and overall costs, based on engineered drawings and specifications.
Assure that Production Drawings appropriately reflect the work orders and develops strategy and responsibilities to carry out builds.
Constantly review the contract documents to verify that colors and materials have been accurately allocated.
Identify, track, and monitor all project related variances, scope changes, or contingencies throughout the project.
Thoroughly review Conceptual and Preliminary Drawings with the Work Order and the clients interest before requesting Production Drawings.
Verify the project team has the necessary materials and tools to complete the project prior to their assignment.
Be prepared to personally manage and physically assist in the staging of completed products.
Be onsite to manage project when needed.
Manage departments to complete work within specified time frames and keeping orders within budget.
Be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with accuracy and detailed cataloging.
Checks all work continuously throughout the process.
Ensures effective communications and relationships between clients and project team members are maintained.
Bestows a positive and encouraging attitude to support Clients vision and the teams involvement.
Acts as liaison with outside vendors or other individuals involved in project.
Reviews status of project and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Conducts post-project evaluation and prepares final reports for management and funders.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Project management : 5 years (Required)
