We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Flooring Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in commercial settings, ensuring that all flooring surfaces are properly cleaned, maintained, and restored to their optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Running floor machines on shop floor areas to maintain cleanliness
- Execute buffing processes on hard surface floors to enhance shine and longevity.
- Conduct custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness across all flooring areas.
- Provide environmental services by adhering to safety protocols and using eco-friendly cleaning products when applicable.
- Carry out commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Assess flooring conditions and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance procedures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Daily floor machine maintenance
Experience
- Proven experience in floor care, including floor machines, buffing, custodial work, or environmental services is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention or repair.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team.

Willing to float and work mulitple locations and multiple shifts
