Job Summary - Looking for someone to join our team with D squared facilities managment. We are a janitorial company in the Lansing and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail. Managment experience is a plus but willing to train the right person. Looking for someone to start off as a floater and learn multiple accounts. Looking to train with the end goal of being a working supervisor with mulitple accounts. Most all evening and night hours.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to learn and listen
Once trained it's a very independent position
Good communication skills is a must - must be willing to communicate with staff and management on a regular basis - must have your own phone
Must be reliable
Willing to work some weekends - we typically rotate weekends
Upon an interview we can discuss the position more and starting pay
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
