Who We Are:
D.U.M.B. Marketing is the fence industry's first and only complete sales and marketing solution, combining expert lead generation services with our proprietary DumbDown CRM to help contractors efficiently turn leads into sales and manage their business operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
As the primary point of contact (POC) for the customers of D.U.M.B. Marketing, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, facilitating communication, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time. You’ll work under our Business Development Director to ensure smooth project fulfillment and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating tasks between the agency, virtual assistants (VAs), and clients to maintain a high level of productivity and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between D.U.M.B. Marketing and our clients, ensuring open, timely, and professional communication at all times.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Communicate client feedback and action items to internal teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and aware of customer expectations.
- Oversee the successful execution of marketing projects by coordinating and managing tasks across multiple virtual assistants (approximately 8).
- Assign tasks to VAs based on skill set, availability, and priority to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor progress of tasks and ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their projects.
- Send daily email updates summarizing the tasks completed, upcoming action items, and any requests from the client to help move projects forward.
- Proactively communicate what is needed from the client to continue progress (e.g., feedback, approvals, content, etc.).
- Assist with tracking the progress of potential sales leads and help the Business Development Director as needed to close deals.
Qualifications:
- Technical IT knowledge is not required, but experience in marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them all organized and on track.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and client needs.
- Strong ability to delegate tasks to VAs and follow-up with them to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to convey client requirements to the team clearly and update clients regularly on project statuses.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to understand client expectations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and tasks may shift quickly.
- Familiarity with Monday (PM tool), Upwork, and Zoom highly preferred.

Pay Rate: $40,000-$50,000 (based on experience)
