What you'll do :
Lead full-cycle recruiting & staffing efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviews.Partner with managers on performance coaching , documentation, and employee relations.Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers’ compensation at the plant level.Maintain accurate HRIS records and compliance documentation .Conduct new hire onboarding & orientation to set employees up for success.Drive proactive safety initiatives , including OSHA compliance, workers’ comp, and safety committee participation.Assess training needs and develop programs that help employees grow.Ensure compliance with federal / state employment laws and company policies.What you bring :
2 years of HR experience , with at least 1 year in training & development.
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
HR certification (PHR, SPHR) a plus!
Strong communication & interpersonal skills —you’ll work with employees at all levels.
A passion for problem-solving, organization, and making a positive impact .
Tech-savviness— UKG HRIS & MS Office Suite experience preferred.
