Since 1960, D’Youville Life & Wellness Community has provided Greater Lowell and surrounding communities with Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care earning the respect of its peers and the trust of the community at large.
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Services Worker - Light Maintenance to join our dynamic team in Bruyure Gardens, our independent living community.
- $15.25 to $18 per hour based on skills and experience.
- High School diploma or the equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping/maintenance.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Environmental Services Worker - Light Maintenance Job Summary:
- Various cleaning projects throughout the facility, including trash collection, cleaning of walls, halls, bathrooms and windows.
- Auto scrubbing, floor stripping, waxing and buffing, shampooing carpets.
- Inventory and restock of supplies.
- Moving furniture, cleaning and maintenance for apartment turnovers.
- Performing light carpentry, plumbing, changing bulbs, painting and other repairs.
- Snow and ice removal.
