We are looking for experienced Resident Care Associates - RCA to join our dynamic team.
- Part-Time; All Shifts
- $17.50 to $21 per hour
Resident Care Associates - RCA Qualifications:
- Must be a HHA or a CNA licensed in Massachusetts.
- Knowledge & experience with dementia a plus.
Resident Care Associates - RCA Job Summary:
- Provide direct care to residents in an assisted living environment.
- Assist with ADL's: personal hygiene or grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring or ambulating, and eating.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Follow an individual service plan, treating each resident with respect and dignity while recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
- Foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the Assisted Living community.
