Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach

Reporting to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, this part-time position requires completing the Level 1 certification in the D1 Way, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional and memorable workout classes to our clients
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivering unparalleled workout experiences to our clients.
- Demonstrating a fervor for training athletes across all age groups, from 7 years old to adult athletes.
- Leading D1 membership workouts, D1-on-1, small group personal training, and team training.
- Upholding the high standards of Level 1 Certification in the D1 Way.
- Conducting athlete assessments and goal settings, ensuring they are aligned, motivated, and committed to the right program for achieving their aims.
- Supervising the coaching schedule and guiding all classes the D1 Way, which encompasses proper attire, the right music, clear and motivational verbal coaching, enforcing coaching cues, and managing the organization and tempo of group sessions.
- Assisting in training and mentoring other coaches in the facility through regular meetings, continuous education, and program reviews.
- Overseeing the upkeep, cleaning, and organization of training spaces and equipment.
- Participating in and leading marketing events like competitions and combines.
- Giving feedback to the D1 Home Office on programming and sharing success stories.
Qualifications:
The ideal Strength and Conditioning Coach will have:
- Possession of a relevant, accredited fitness certification.
- A genuine passion for training athletes spanning from 7 years to adults.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- A staunch commitment to upholding the esteemed standards of D1.
