We are rapidly expanding in the Central California area and we are looking for an ambitious individual to fill an Entry Level Customer Service Representative role as soon as possible. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will focus primarily on lead acquisition and customer retention for our exclusive telecommunications client. Entry Level Customer Service Representative Day-to-day Responsibilities : Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client’s overall marketing and development goals Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure our clients are providing the best options for their potential new customers Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and / or sales approach to potential new clients Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns We Look For Someone With : Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business OR at least 2 years of completed coursework Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, or other similar business-related fields Knowledge of traditional core marketing and sales concepts A can-do, positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach An outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative team atmosphere A confident demeanor ready to take on challenges, even if they might fail #Li-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
