D1 is an athletic-based group fitness and sports performance facility for youth and adults with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy, training and facility to its athletes. We pride ourselves on empowering our members and athletes to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
Daily lead calls to educate prospective members about D1 and how we can help them reach their goals, with the objective of scheduling consultations, assessments and trials leading to membership salesMembership, personal training, small group and team training salesCold-calling, networking, relationship building, and business generationFront desk assistance and cleaningRequired Qualifications and Experience :
1 year of cold-calling sales experience1 year of face-to-face sales experienceA high-energy, motivating, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeStrong moral characterDrive to constantly learn and improveExcellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skillsAbility to meet daily call volume requirementsAbility to multi-task and work cooperatively with othersAbility to overcome objections and build relationshipsOpportunities :
