About the Role :

We are looking for a part-time Front Desk associate to join our team at D1 Training - Coral Springs. As a leading sports training facility in Margate, FL, we are dedicated to helping athletes of all ages and skill levels reach their full potential.

Responsibilities :

Greet and check-in members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude

Answer phone calls and provide information about our programs and services

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing class reservations

Keep the front desk area clean and organized

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements :

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
