What You'll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Be proactive in the community by developing organic leads, in person or electronically. Be the primary point of contact for sales activities, focusing on delivering the BEST workout experience imaginable.
- Master the Art of the Sale: Nurture leads, set appointments, and close deals with a focus on speed and personalization.
- Know Your Tribe: Understand our members' goals and prescribe the right D1 services to help them achieve greatness.
- Be a Retention Rockstar: Maximize client retention through exceptional customer service and a positive, motivating environment.
- Drive Show Rates: Create an exceptional first impression and work with operations to maintain a pristine, welcoming atmosphere that maximizes lead attendance and engagement.
- Be a Team Player: Communicate effectively with Operations and Coaching staff to ensure continuity across departments, and assist with weekly sales training.
What You Need to Bring:

- Experience: 1 years of sales experience (fitness preferred) and 1 years in a customer service setting (fitness preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
