Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to join our Recruiting team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, scheduling trial workouts and consultations, and promoting all D1 products and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to leads, prioritizing prompt and effective communication.
- Lead Nurturing: Guide potential clients through the sales process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Data Management: Accurately log and manage client transactions, interactions and notes to maintain organized records.
- Customized Solutions: Recommend and sell services tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Convert a minimum of 20% of inbound leads to clients:

Qualifications
- Energetic Personality: A vibrant and enthusiastic demeanor that motivates and engages others.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Service Background: A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably within the fitness industry.

Compensation
