What You’ll Do
As the Head Coach, you will :
Serve as the main coach for all classes, overseeing the coaching schedule and ensuring classes are led the D1 Way with energy, motivation, and precision.
Conduct and lead workouts for Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams.
Train and develop local coaches through meetings, continuing education, and program reviews.
Ensure all coaches are certified the D1 Way and adhere to quality control standards via consistent auditing and feedback.
Assist in conducting assessments and goal setting during the FTA process, guiding athletes toward appropriate programs to achieve their goals.
Maintain and organize training spaces, including equipment maintenance and cleaning.
Participate in marketing events such as competitions, combines, and community activities to represent D1 Training.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary : $45,000 annually, with opportunities for commissions and incentive bonuses.
PTO : Earn a minimum of 15 days of paid time off, with additional days available with owner approval.
Employment Type : Full-time, at-will employment.
Qualifications
A valid AED / CPR / First Aid certification.
At least one certification accredited by the NCCA.
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training settings.
Passion for coaching, high energy, strong character, and a dedication to creating a positive environment for athletes.
