Are you passionate about developing athletes and helping them unlock their full potential? We are looking for an experienced Coach to join our team in Macon, GA , where we specialize in training athletes from youth to professional levels.
About the Role
As an Athletic Training Coach, you will implement elite-level training programs designed to improve strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. You’ll work with athletes ranging from youth (7-18 years old) to adults, local high school teams, and potential collegiate / professional clients .
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premier training facility in Macon, a city known for its strong athletic culture, producing top-tier football, basketball, and baseball talent. We are seeking high-energy, knowledgeable, and motivated coaches who want to be part of a dynamic and growing training environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach 10-40 group training and 1 on 1 sessions per week , focusing on speed, strength, and overall athletic development.
- Work with athletes of all levels , including youth, high school, collegiate, and adult clients .
- Provide individualized coaching and offer guidance on proper technique, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
- Develop relationships with local schools, sports teams, and athletic programs to help foster a competitive training environment.
- Maintain a high-energy and motivating atmosphere during training sessions.
- Assist in general facility upkeep and equipment maintenance .
