What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Manager position at D1 TRAINING?
Benefits:
This is a senior-level role—not for entry-level candidates. We are seeking a Fitness Manager who can step in immediately and handle a variety of clients, from elite athletes like Tim Tebow to everyday individuals aiming to get fit. Whether it’s a 7-year-old athlete training for the first time or a 40-year-old mother looking to improve her fitness, the ideal candidate should thrive in helping all types of athletes achieve their goals.
If you're excited by the idea of having a positive impact on thousands of lives, contributing to the growth of a renowned brand, and working with top names in the industry, then this position is perfect for you. But if you don’t enjoy working with a diverse age range and skill set (from kids to adults), please don't apply.
Key Qualifications:
Character:
Our ideal candidate must have world-class character, aligning with D1’s core values. We work hard and play hard, so we need someone who shows up every day with high energy and a positive attitude. Consistency is key—if you can't bring that energy every day, this may not be the right fit.
Coaching Ability:
We need a Fitness Manager who can work with anyone from ages 7 to 60, whether in a group setting or one-on-one. We train a wide range of clients, from young athletes to professional sports players. Ego has no place here—we love coaching everyone and need someone who shares that passion.
