Role Description
This is a Part time or full-time on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach located in Orlando, FL. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for athletes of varying age groups. Daily tasks include conducting fitness assessments, developing sport-specific conditioning programs, supervising workouts, providing injury prevention strategies, and monitoring athlete progress. The coach will also facilitate dynamic warm-ups, strength training sessions, and conditioning drills while ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques.
Qualifications
- Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning skills
- Knowledge in Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention
- Experience in Strength Training techniques
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with athletes of all age groups
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Prior experience working in a fitness or sports performance setting
