About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Supervision and Compliance Oversight in their Client Relationship Group Product Management team supporting Wealth and Investment Management. This person will be part of an innovative team that is creating and sustaining automated tools supporting the firm’s end-to-end supervision, regulatory compliance and oversight processes. Your primary responsibility, as an experienced Product Owner, will be to lead fulfillment and product support through one or more cross-functional teams using principles and practices of Lean, Agile and DevOps, to deliver and sustain automated solutions for the business. The position will report to the Product Area Manager for the Advisor Field Oversight group. In this role, you will: Articulates product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design, build and optimize technology and processes for the value stream. Works with leaders, stakeholders & subjection matter experts to understand desired changes (business outcomes that need to be different) and impacted business use cases. Refines desired outcomes into Features that summarize desired impacts related to associated systems. Breaks features into smaller components (stories, tasks) and prioritizes team backlogs to enable incremental build of solutions. Leads team backlog refinement and prioritization. Works with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, internal and external service provider and solution delivery team to ensure success in delivering stated customer business value outcomes Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents. Provides customer support via system documentation, demos and direct conversation Inspects and provides acceptance of solutions both pre and post release of software changes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, project/change management or agile product owner. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision and/or risk management related to wealth management financial services. Demonstrated attributes as a servant leader and team player with strong desire for continuous learning Articulate, with strong verbal and written communications skills Experience in Lean, Agile and DevOps, i.e., Agile Product Manager, or equivalent in Agile work experience Experience in and/or understanding of software development and software engineering best practices.
