Mix primers and paints per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Load and unload, plug and mask parts. Read and interpret job travelers, prints, and other instructions to prime and/or paint parts to meet Type Design requirements. Clean and maintain spray guns, work benches, and other equipment associated with the paint booth. Communicate Expedite parts to downstream customers. Apply Lean Manufacturing, 6-sigma, 5S and/or equivalent methodologies to continually make improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Join Daher to... Experience in aerospace (or related field) painting and technique preferred. Proficient in MS Windows 7, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer. Able to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills, alphanumeric accuracy, and reading comprehension.
