Job description Intern Duties and Responsibilities Under the guidance of a mentor: Become familiar with the Kodiak Aircraft core policies, the Technical Publication department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the best work practices for the department, company, and industry Use Koidak Aircraft Company’s publication software to create and maintain technical documents based upon input from other disciplines (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) Learn to review documentation both technical content and language/format of documents from other disciplines (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) and provide feedback for document improvement Become familiar with the Kodiak airplane models and their basic system functions Complete initial and ongoing training as provided, i.e. Production training table, Maintenance familiarization class Learn to create and maintain customer-facing documentation, using pre-existing templates and input from other disciplines (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) Attend reviews and meetings for the Chartering Review Board (CRB) Become familiar with reading drawings, schematics, and the Bills of Materials (BOM) Perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment using prescribed methods per a schedule Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word reports Shadow multiple positions and train in a variety of tasks Join Daher to...
