ServiceNow System Integrator / Full Stack Developer

**ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED**

Are you a talented developer with a passion for building seamless system integrations and enhancing the ServiceNow platform? We're looking for a ServiceNow System Integrator / Full Stack Developer to join our team and help shape the future of IT service management by connecting external systems with ServiceNow through modern, scalable APIs and middleware solutions.

In this role, you'll work hands-on across the full stack — designing, developing, and modernizing system integrations that support business operations and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You'll also have a direct impact on improving performance, compliance, and the user experience of ServiceNow solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clean, effective technical solutions

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and more

• Review and modernize existing integrations to improve reliability and performance

• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation

• Ensure solutions align with security standards and platform best practices

• Contribute to other technical and support tasks as needed

Who You Are:

You're an experienced, detail-oriented developer who enjoys solving problems and working across multiple technologies. You're a self-starter, a strong communicator, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • OR Associate degree with 6 years' relevant experience

  • OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years' relevant experience

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules

• Experience supporting Tier 1–4 Service Desks

• Experience building, testing, and deploying solutions in classified environments and across security domains

• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving Priority 1 and 2 issues under tight timelines

• Certifications Required:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate

  • CompTIA Security

Preferred Skills and Tools:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

• Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML

• Exposure to ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules

• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration practices

• Familiarity with identity and access management (LDAP, SSO, SAML)

• Experience with Discovery, Event Management, and automated testing (ATF)

• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and remote support tools
