- Manage and Optimize Tableau Environments: Lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Tableau Server, including site creation, system upgrades, patches, and server management. Ensure the server runs smoothly, efficiently, and is ready for any upcoming challenges.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement best practices for Tableau rollout, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cutting-edge processes.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor server performance, identify issues, and optimize system efficiency through advanced techniques like clustering and load balancing. Ensure that Tableau is performing at its best for every user.
- Empower Through Visualization: Utilize your expertise in data visualization to create new platforms and services, providing teams with intuitive, actionable insights.
- Streamline Data Workflows: Manage Tableau workbooks, projects, and data connections, ensuring that data flows smoothly from development to production, and that every report and dashboard is on point.
- Champion Change Management: Play a key role in updating legacy systems and processes, driving meaningful change and modernization to deliver better outcomes.
- Provide Training & Support: Empower your colleagues by offering hands-on training for business users and a select group of reporting individuals, ensuring they can maximize Tableau’s interactive capabilities.
- Develop Custom Solutions: Leverage your API development skills to build and deploy custom Tableau extensions, enhancing the platform’s functionality.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in Tableau administration and data visualization, including working with complex environments and high-demand systems.
- Tableau Expertise: Advanced skills in creating reports, dashboards, and interactive web reports using Tableau, both for end-users and for internal teams.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead by example, providing training, supporting users, and guiding the migration of Tableau objects from development to production.
- Tech-Savvy: Solid experience with API development to create custom Tableau extensions and integrations.
- Security Clearance: Must have a current Secret clearance or be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
