D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking a full time candidate for Course Developer at our Fort Cavazos, TX site. The Course Developer is responsible for designing and revising MSE course materials using the ADDIE model, ensuring alignment with Army training standards.
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for curriculum development, revision, and maintenance.
- Develop and update course materials based on instructional best practices.
- Implement assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes.

Instruct short technical courses IAW approved curriculum to maintain proficiency and to evaluate and develop new instructional techniques/courses. (20%)
- Align curriculum with Army training doctrine and stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 3 years of curriculum development experience.
- Proficiency in ADDIE model and training evaluation methods.
- Must have completed the Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course (CDF-IC)
- Must have extended experience utilizing Microsoft Teams.
- Must have knowledge and expertise utilizing Blackboard Collaborate.
- (Preferred) Completed either the Instructor Writer Course (IWC) or Common Faculty Development - Developer Course (CFD-DC).
- (Preferred) Completed the Evaluating Instructor Course (EIC).
- (Preferred) Submit a fully developed course with application, include Training Support Package, Program of Instruction, PPTs/VGTs, Training Schedule, Exams, and any additional references. (Zip-File)
