D2 Government Solutions provides aviation and administrative support services to various government agencies. Our aviation services include base operations, aircraft flight operations, maintenance, logistical support, training, range support, aerial imaging, and repair operations. We also provide a variety of administrative support services to include mail room, military transition assistance, training, clerical support for identification processing, medical support services, and other similar services.
Responsibilities:
- Asset Inventory & Maintenance Management: Maintain accountability for the entire asset inventory and develop preventative maintenance schedules to ensure asset longevity and operational efficiency.
- Sub-AMP Working Group Participation: Recommend and facilitate the active participation of squadron and installation members in Sub-AMP Working Groups at least quarterly to align with mission priorities.
- Asset Data Management: Develop and maintain a process to accurately associate asset performance, lifecycle programming, cost accounts, and physical feature data with specific Sub-AMP assets.
- Annual & Semi-Annual Reviews: Perform annual and semi-annual reviews of asset performance data and NexGen-IT database information to ensure accurate inventory and detect abnormalities in asset performance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Evaluate and identify the root cause of abnormalities in asset performance, including factors like energy use, system reliability, and mission risk.
- Solution Recommendation & Cost Alternatives: Recommend solutions and cost alternatives for addressing abnormalities, aligning the requirements with appropriate execution methods like Preventative Maintenance or Asset Management Programs.
- Facility Condition Inspections & Data Coordination: Coordinate facility condition inspection visits (e.g., Sustainable Infrastructure Assessments) and ensure accurate PR data is made available to the Real Property Office.
Qualifications:
- Educational & Certification Requirements: Master's degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or physical sciences substantially relevant to facility and infrastructure projects from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years of military facility/infrastructure energy related experience OR a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or physical sciences substantially relevant to facility and infrastructure projects from an accredited institution and a minimum of 6 years of military facility/infrastructure energy related experience OR a Bachelor's of Science degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 10 years of of military facility/infrastructure energy related experience OR a minimum of 2 years Technical degree in mechanical or elecrrtical fields from an accredited institution and a minimum of 20 years of military facility/infrastructure energy related experience.
- Energy Management Certification: A current Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification or equivalent, demonstrating proficiency in energy management and facility/infrastructure systems.
- Experience in Energy-Related Facilities Management: 3-20 years of military facility/infrastructure energy-related experience, depending on educational background, with a deep understanding of facility energy performance, sustainability, and asset management.
- Technical Proficiency: Completion of Work Management (WMGT) 131 and WMGT 231 courses (BUILDER Level 1 and Level 2) through the Air Force Institute of Technology, or equivalent training.
- Leadership & Coordination Skills: Strong ability to recommend and coordinate the participation of key team members across installations and prioritize asset management and maintenance within mission-critical operations.
