D2 Government Solutions is seeking (1) qualified candidates for full-time General Maintenance Worker at our site located in Fort McCoy, WI.
Responsibilities
- Facility Monitoring and repair services for U.S. Army Logistic Support Area facilities.
- Inspect structures for minor damages and make repairs such as replacing light bulbs, signage repair, cot / bunk repair, door / lock repair, tent floorboard repair, furniture repair, ensure tents are clean and free of mildew, tightening of tent ropes, and all other necessary minor repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble tents.
- Submit service orders for other than minor repairs to Army Maintenance
- Perform inventories.
- Monitor fire protection and pest control services
- Fueling of generators.
- Snow removal and lawn maintenance.
- Monitor a Helpline during duty hours and respond to service orders.
- Installs and repairs lavatories, toilets, and urinals
- Issues and receives tools; performs minor repairs on tools, machinery, and equipment; paints ladders, keeps tool room orderly and clean
- Performs other maintenance-related work as required
